The erection of an 80,000sq ft award winning warehouse and associated offices.
Working closely with the client and Mendip DC, this building was occupied from inception to completion in only 12 months. It is proof that by having an excellent working relationship between Architect, client and contractor, any project can succeed.
Designed to a tight budget, this warehouse is functional and meets to clients specific requirements. Measuring 40m in width, 160m in length and 10m to the eaves, it is a very large building so it was decided to ‘break up’ the elevations into smaller segments of varied vibrant green composite panels, thus reducing the perceived scale of the building.
