As part of the school's ongoing commitment to evolve and improve all school facilities, this pair of semi-detached dwellings were constructed for members of staff / families who reside on site.
The brief was carefully developed to achieve all the required spatial requirements but to a defined budget. Despite this, a degree of design flair was still achieved whilst complementing the surrounding buildings and styles.
The overall outcome was successfully received by the whole team and client.
