The Proposals consisted of the re-development of 3 redundant agricultural buildings under Class Q permitted development rights to 3 high quality contemporary dwellings.
The designs retained the agricultural forms with improved landscaping and amenity works, with architectural interventions to enable to conversion of the building to a dwellinghouse.
The materials and design were chosen to complement the site, retaining the character of the existing setting and the wider local vernacular.
