This beautiful property has been extensively refurbished and extended to a very high standard over the past few years.

The current adaptations include the erection of a new garden room from the open plan kitchen, dining and family room, the erection of a purpose-built utility room, an external linking oak-framed loggia and the conversion of a barn into a residential annex.

The new layout now completes an underused portion of the site to maximise the available footprint and achieve an established property of standing and architectural merit.
