Originally benefitting from a Class Q consent to convert a former farm building into a dwelling, a subsequent full planning application was submitted to Somerset Council and approved for this new property.
Traditional in form, the building has a contemporary appearance with a mixture of natural stone and render to the walls. Dark grey PPC aluminium windows and doors with a natural slate roof combine to create a sharp finish. The rear of the dwelling intentionally minimizes first floor windows, as this development is located adjacent to another dwelling that forms part of the overall scheme.
Internally, the contemporary style continues, with clean, sharp lines, a clear contrast in colour, and flat glazed roof lanterns helping to achieve a light and spacious environment.
