Following the granting of planning permission in August 2023, DVA were instructed by the client/developer to produce a building regulation package of technical drawings.
The client commenced work on site in January 2024 and is progressing well. This stunning new build dwelling will become his home and benefits from extensive South facing views across the Somerset levels.
Set on the side of a hill, the property will have the appearance of a single storey building from the drive, but transforms into a two storey contemporary dwelling to the rear. The latest site photos are included and will be updated throughout the project.
